At Taste of Organics, we take pride in delivering fresh, chemical-free, and high-quality organic products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we have a simple and transparent return and refund policy.

1. Returns

Perishable items like vegetables, greens, and microgreens cannot be returned once delivered.

We do not accept returns unless the product is:

Damaged

Spoiled

Incorrect item delivered

Please check your order upon delivery and report any issue within 12 hours with photos or videos as proof.

2. Refunds

If your complaint is valid, we will offer:

Replacement of the product, or

Full refund to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after review.

3. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are packed or dispatched.

No cancellation is allowed once the order is out for delivery.
